                    are our priority. What are our standards?CareerView conducts thorough reference checks on all candidates 
                    being considered for hire within client companies. Clients 
                    are provided with at least two favourable reference checks and, 
                    where required by a client, additional references will be 
                    conducted. Reference questions are asked that verify the applicant's 
                    work history, job performance, reliability, ability to meet 
                    deadlines, capacity and willingness to learn, as well as other 
                    questions that relate directly to the position for which the 
                    individual has applied.  Based on the results of our in-depth interview, an assessment is made to determine 
                    the suitability of the applicant to the position for which 
                    they have applied or for any other potential position. Do we guarantee our placements?If, for any reason whatsoever, a client feels within the 
                    first three months that a permanent employee is not suitable, 
                    a replacement employee will be sourced for the client by CareerView 
                    at no additional charge. In the case of a contract employee, 
                    the guarantee will be prorated according to the length of 
                    the contract. What are our ethics?The interaction and relationship between a search service 
                    and its clients comprises only one side of the hiring equation. 
                    Equally important is the manner in which a placement agency
