Bilingual Technical Specialist

Automotive company located north of Toronto seeking a Bilingual Technical Specialist to provide support for technical, warranty and after service related questions/issues pertaining to motorcycles, ATVs and outboard motors. Duties include: phone and e-mail support including communication of diagnostic and/or repair procedures; resolving product issues with customer relations; assisting dealers with their concerns e.g. obtaining parts or technical issues; assisting in testing and evaluation re: installation of parts and accessories; supporting research and preparation of field technical inspection reports and attending dealer meetings and consumer shows. Must have technical work experience with motorcycles, ATVs and outboard motors and have effective communication skills in both English and French. A college diploma or provincial certification for motorcycle mechanics, Microsoft Office experience and a valid driver’s licence, motorcycle operator license and boater pleasure craft operator card are needed. Up to 30% travel might be required. To $72K.

Logistics Coordinator

Exciting multinational company is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to contribute to the company's overall success by ensuring that product moves smoothly through its distribution system. Duties include the following: estimating the quantity and type of product needed; analyzing and moving the product through the distribution channels on a timely basis; managing the schedule efficiently to maximize workflow; keeping track of incoming and outgoing product; anticipating product sales at dealer locations; allocating distribution accordingly; ensuring all product is delivered on schedule and on time; reacting to any market changes that may impact product quantities and product types; consulting with district sales managers, suppliers and clients; preparing spreadsheets (primarily Excel) and providing management with reports and strategies for success; performing other duties as required. The successful candidate must have solid experience in a logistics role with analytical skills re: product movement and placement. This is not a job for an order taker; this is suited to a candidate who can analyze what and how much to order and get it to the dealership on a timely basis with the goal of maximizing sales. Strong Excel skills are required as well as excellent communication skills. $50K - $65K depending on level of experience.

Our Toronto based client is seeking an HVAC Service Manager to train, lead, & mentor the Service Technicians to be the best that they can be. Must have strong supervisory and mentoring skills and experience as well as an ability and a willingness to be hands on when required. Must hold a valid G2 Gas licence. Salary is commensurate with experience.

Lead HVAC Installation Technician

Mid town long established HVAC company is seeking a Lead HVAC Installation Technician with a Gas 2 and preferably a 313D licence. Must have solid experience leading installation jobs on central A/C's, ductless A/C's, forced air and hot water systems and must have experience with a cross section of furnaces including high efficiency furnaces. Good knowledge of pumps, piping and controls required. Experience with radiators and tankless units also required. Good communication and problem solving skills are essential as well as attention to detail, professionalism, maturity, absolute reliability and a clean driver's license. Must be keen to continually upgrade knowledge. $30-$34 per hour.

HVAC Technician

Regional Sales Manager-Chemical Engineer

East end company seeking a Chemical Engineer to sell custom made solutions primarily for water treatment, oil and gas, chemical and petrochemical related equipment. Territory is for Eastern Canada and the Midwest and Eastern USA. Responsibilities include: prospecting for new clients; preparing proposals and business cases including sales quotes; working with the Engineering Department on technical specifications based on information collected while out on the field; performing sales presentations; conducting market research; resolving issues and providing ongoing support to customers; participating in trade shows, seminars etc. and other related duties as required. A university degree in Chemical Engineering is required as well as sales experience in water/wastewater treatment or the chemical or petrochemical industry.
