The incumbent is responsible for underwriting commercial mortgage products (new and existing), including conventional, CMHC insured and construction facilities ensuring compliance with the company's established lending guidelines and requirements to assist with achievement of anticipated department annual target volumes. Additional credit related and administrative duties are also required such as assessing construction loan advances and networking with Clients, Brokers and other external Business Partners as well as Staff within the Credit & Risk Management group and other internal departments. The incumbent is responsible to ensure all lending criteria have been satisfied on deals underwritten and outstanding documentation/conditions, if any, are being met in a timely manner.
